In Gift Orders you can see an overview of order status within the app admin portal without have to check the BigCommerce order directly. This overview provides details of upsells, customer details, and refund details.
Open the Gifts tab.
Click the three dots on the order associated with the customer you would like to cancel the gift.
Select 'Open Order'
On the pop up you can see a detailed overview of the order status.
Following the links, you can navigate to the related BigCommerce orders, and also email the sender or recipient to provide updates.
