Customise the email sent to the recipient when the gift is redeemed.

The gift-redeemed email is sent to the recipient when they have submitted their address and accepted the gift. This email is sent immediately once the order status is changed to 'Redeemed'. This article shows you an example of the email and what you can edit.

Similar to the gift received email, some parts are unique to the product and cannot be changed.

The email uses a generic design and looks like the preview below.

To change the subject and content of the gift received email:

  1. Open 'Messaging'

  2. Navigate to the 'Emails' section.

  3. Under 'Gift Redeemed' you'll see two options labelled 'Subject' and 'Message'.
