Components

Store Name

Your store name is the most common string of text that appears throughout any messaging. You'll find this in almost every component of messaging. To begin with, we'll autocomplete the name with your store name defined in your store settings. This can be edited to any name you want, particularly if you have multiple stores.

  • Redeemed email

  • Thank you page

Emails

These are typically sent out to the recipient and customer when the status of a gift changes, ranging from the initial invite to confirmation the gift will be delivered. For each option, you can modify both the subject line and the content of the email.

The options currently available are:

  • Gift Received

  • Gift Redeemed

The elements that can be edited are:

  • Subject line - Title of the email shown first across the majority of email readers.

  • Content - Block of text in the email. Location may vary depending on the type of email.
