Customise the email sent to the recipient when they are sent a new gift.

You can change the subject and content of the email that is sent to the sender once the recipient's order is redeemed. Currently, this email will be sent immediately once the gift is redeemed.

To change the subject and content of the gift received email:

  1. Open 'Messaging'

  2. Navigate to the 'Emails' section.

  3. Under 'Gift Received' you'll see two options labelled 'Subject' and 'Message'.
