If you need to get in touch with the sender whether it's an order update, reminder or reason for a refund you can do this without leaving the app.
Open Gifts Order
Click the three dots on the order associated with the customer you would like to contact.
Select 'Contact Customer'
Your default email client will open up with the email address predefined.
