Learn about some additional tools you may require to share data and restart your gifting app settings

Introduction

We've got a few handy tools to help you out in your gifting journey.

Reset Messaging

When you click "Reset to Defaults" your custom messages will return to the default message which was shown to you during the Walkthrough.

Export Data

When you click "Export Data" next to Export Gifts - you will receive a CSV download of all data related to gifting, including tax and shipping refunds. This helps with your tax compliance requirements!

Reset App

This choice will reset all of the settings to the default, and will take you back to the Walkthrough to set up your app. The app will be automatically disabled. Your chosen plan will remain unchanged unless you choose a different plan in the Walkthrough.

Uninstall

If you choose to uninstall the app - you subscription will be cancelled, and all app data and customizations will also be deleted. We recommend that you visit our article for Uninstallation to ensure your data is preserved, and pending gifts are resolved before clicking here. We cannot process refunds to customers if you uninstall the app without first following our guide.
