Here are the first 4 things you need to do once you've installed All In One Gifting

Once you've installed All In One GIfting, you'll be guided through a walkthrough that will help you set up your unique gifting solution in minutes.

Step 1: Theme

The first instance your customers will see regarding your gifting solution is the banner on your product detail pages. Following best practices for conversions the banner will be displayed below the 'Add to Cart' button. Two styles (filled and text only) are provided upon installation. Each option has a different level of design to suit your brand.

The purpose of the banner is to provide your visitors with an indication that they can purchase the item as a gift.

A marketing modal will open upon clicking the tooltip icon or text depending on the style chosen. The modal further explains the process and how easy it is to gift the item.

Filled

The 'filled' design features the most elements. Colours are heavier, a container houses the text and the marketing model opens from an icon. This design style is recommended for any light or content-heavy storefronts.

Text Only

On the other hand, the text-only style does not involve any colour, shape or iconography. This marketing model opens on a text link. This style is recommended for minimal-style storefronts.

Manually Install

The most custom option is manual installation. If you have a custom design or position you would like to place the banner you can reach out to us for support.

Step 2: Messaging

Messaging provides you the ability to customise the text and tone used when communicating with the customer and recipient.

To get started we'll confirm how you want to tell the recipient they have a gift to redeem. This email is sent once the customer's payment is successful.

There are many more options to tailor the messaging to your brand which can be accessed after initially setting the app up in Messaging.

Step 3: Tax and Shipping

All in One Gifting is a unique gifting application because it ensures the collection of accurate shipping and tax amounts, even where the address of the recipient is not yet known. The way that we achieve this, is by collecting a default shipping and tax amount from the customer - that should be higher than the anticipated charge, once the recipient enters their address, the delta will be refunded back to the customer!

Taxes and shipping costs vary a lot depending on your geographic location. To ensure you can charge the right amount for your store, we allow you to set your own default shipping and tax charges. We provide a recommended default setting in the walkthrough, and you can later change those settings in Settings.

Step 4: Quota

All In One Gifting has two plans which increase transactions to suit every merchant. The default option is our Free Trial plan which consists of 10 transactions, ideal for initially setting up and trialling the app. You can choose your quota and plan by selecting the dropdown and choosing the quota that meets your requirements.

If you select one of our paid plans you will be guided to a screen to authorise and begin your subscription. Follow the steps provided to complete setting All In One Gifting.

Go Live

Either you have started a free trial or chosen a paid plan, you'll be directed to the dashboard where you can choose to go live or continue personalising the gifting experience.
