We understand one store is unique and never the same as another. These requirements and checklists are for configuring a gifting program built to give you the best starting point possible for launching your new gifting experience.

All in One Gifting requires access to various parts of the store to add, edit and manage gifts. This is to provide both yourself and the customer the best possible experience and ensure all data is up to date. Please ensure you provide the permissions required in the BigCommerce settings.

The user installing the app must have a user role that has the ability to install the app and approve permissions for the app.

For the gifting flow to initiate a successful payment is required. Your store must be using a payment method where payments are captured instantly. Offline payments such as BACS or COD are not accepted.

Currently only physical products can be sent as a gift. Your store must have at least one physical product to setup.

Currently, All in One Gifting is only function on stores that utilize the BigCommerce native checkout functionality. Please confirm before subscription to the app that your store does not have a custom checkout - you can reach out to us with any questions about compatibility.
