Downgrade a Plan

Explaining how to downgrade a plan.

There are a few simple steps to downgrade your plan!

  1. Head to 'Settings' from the Dashboard and scroll down to 'Plan'

  2. Take a quick moment to look at your quota here to decide if downgrading is right for you. When you downgrade your plan, your billing cycle will be updated, so please check out your next billing date. If you're ready to move forward, Click 'Change Plan,' and you will be taken to the Plan page.

  3. Here, you can see the two plans we currently 😏 offer. If you are on the Professional plan (it will tell you at the top of the page) - you can downgrade your plan to the Standard plan by clicking the 'Choose Plan' button. You will then be taken to the Subscription Checkout page to confirm the lowered fees.

  4. If you are on a Custom plan, you must contact us to downgrade your plan. This is to ensure that you do not lose any custom-built functionality. You can do that by clicking 'Get in Touch'.
